Onisac Studio ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelify: Pixel Art & Coloring ("the App") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our App.

By using Pixelify, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Device and Other Identifiers

Depending on your device and how you use the App, third-party services used by Pixelify may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, device model, operating system, app version, and other technical information.

App Activity

We and our third-party service providers may collect information about interactions with the App, such as app launches, feature usage, session information, and advertising interactions. This information helps us understand usage and improve the App.

App Information and Performance

Pixelify and its third-party service providers may process crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance information to identify bugs, improve stability, and maintain performance.

Purchase and Subscription Information

If you purchase an in-app product or subscription, the relevant app store processes your payment. We do not directly collect or store your credit card, debit card, or other payment credentials.

Pixelify may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase history, entitlements, and related subscription information.

Photos and Camera

Pixelify may request access to your device's camera and photo gallery when you use features such as taking a photo or selecting an image to create pixel art.

Images selected or captured for these features are processed on your device when the feature can be completed locally. Pixelify does not claim ownership of your photos or artwork.

Pixelify does not intentionally upload your personal photos to our own servers for advertising or analytics.

3. Advertising

Pixelify may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and, where enabled, its mediation partners.

Advertising providers may process information such as advertising IDs, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other information permitted by applicable platform settings and consent choices.

This information may be used to serve, measure, personalize, limit, and improve advertisements, as well as to prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Analytics

Pixelify may use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App and to improve its functionality and performance.

Depending on the configuration and platform, analytics information may include app interactions, device information, approximate geographic information, and diagnostics or performance information.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Pixelify may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Payments are processed through the applicable app store, such as Google Play. We do not directly collect or store payment card information.

RevenueCat may process purchase history, subscription status, entitlements, and identifiers required to provide subscription management services.

6. How We Use Information

Information processed through the App may be used to:

• Provide and operate App features
• Process and manage purchases and subscriptions
• Provide camera, gallery, and pixel-art features
• Display and measure advertisements
• Analyze App usage and performance
• Improve functionality and user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical problems

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Pixelify may share or allow third-party service providers to process information when necessary to provide and operate the App. These providers may include:

• Other technical service providers required to operate the App

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies, contractual requirements, and applicable laws.

8. Photos and Artwork

Photos and images selected or captured through Pixelify are used to provide the requested features. Where the feature is designed to work locally, image processing occurs on your device.

Your artwork remains yours. We do not claim ownership of artwork created using the App.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through Pixelify.

Data transmitted between the App and applicable third-party services is protected using secure connections where supported by those services. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, improve the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

Third-party providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.

11. Your Choices

Depending on your device, platform, and location, you may be able to:

• Manage or reset your advertising identifier
• Manage app permissions
• Allow or deny camera and photo access
• Manage personalized advertising and consent settings
• Remove the App and locally stored App data
• Request deletion of applicable personal data as described below

12. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Pixelify by contacting us at:

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and provide enough information for us to understand and process your request.

We will review deletion requests and delete applicable data that we control, subject to legal obligations, fraud prevention, security requirements, transaction records, and information that must be retained by third-party service providers under their own policies.

Data stored locally on your device can generally be removed by deleting the App or clearing its data using your device's settings.

Pixelify may use the following third-party services:

These services may collect and process information according to their respective privacy policies.

14. Children's Privacy

Pixelify is not specifically directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
